Choose the support area that matches your next commercial step. Each discussion is tied to a defined product range, destination market and deliverable.
01 · Physical presentation
Market Display & Promotion
Plan one consistent product story for showrooms, trade events and distributor displays.
Showroom: sample boards, model groups and finishes
Events: display area, priority products and sample logistics
Retail: shelf presentation, labels and packaging visuals
Materials, responsibilities, timing and commercial support are confirmed for each project.
02 · Sales enablement
Sales & Marketing Materials
Build a usable sales pack around the exact models selected for your market.
Product assets: approved photographs and model information
Sales files: specifications, catalogues and presentation references
Localisation: language, artwork format and revision requirements
Availability and source-file scope are checked before print or publication.
03 · Technical introduction
Product & Installer Briefings
Prepare a focused introduction for distributors, installers or project teams.
Brief: audience, agenda, market and selected models
Evidence: samples, drawings and available technical files
Delivery: meeting materials and remote participation options
The format is confirmed case by case so the session stays product-specific.
OEM / ODM cooperation
Turn a Product Idea into a Reviewable Brief
Begin with the destination market and an identified product reference. Appearance, packaging, samples and supporting documents can then be reviewed as one controlled project.
Product and Appearance Brief
Start with the destination market, product category, reference model, preferred finish and any dimensional or functional requirements.
Customisation feasibility, tooling, minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed after the brief is reviewed.
Packaging and Artwork Coordination
Provide your logo, label language, barcode requirements, packing method and reference artwork for review.
Print method, colours, editable files, proofing steps and production schedule are confirmed with the selected product.
Samples and Technical Information
Identify the models you need to evaluate and the information required by your technical or purchasing team.
Sample cost, freight, ratings, drawings, installation information and available reports are confirmed by model.
Market-Access Information Review
Tell us the destination country and the documents your importer, laboratory or certification body requests.
Available reports and product markings are reviewed for the exact model. Certification or compliance is never assumed from a similar product.
Before the first discussion
Prepare a Brief We Can Act On
A short, specific enquiry is more useful than a long general introduction. The information below lets the team identify the right products, confirm what remains open and respond without guessing.
01
Market and buyer
State the destination country, sales channel and intended customer. This determines which formats and documents need review.
02
Product references
Send model numbers, product-page links or clear images. Separate confirmed requirements from visual references.
03
Quantity and timing
Include sample quantity, initial order estimate, annual forecast and requested delivery window.
04
Branding and documents
List logo, language, packaging, barcode and technical-document needs for the exact products.
Use exact model references wherever possible.
Working method
From Enquiry to Confirmed Scope
The process keeps product facts, commercial decisions and creative work separate until each item has been reviewed.

Common questions
Before You Start
Can HaiPai prepare a complete display board?
Display-board scope depends on the selected products, dimensions, quantity, destination and required artwork. Materials, design responsibility, cost and delivery are confirmed separately.
Can existing product materials be localised?
Available editable files and language space are checked first. The buyer supplies or approves translations, legal wording, barcodes and market-specific claims before production.
Can samples be supplied for presentations or installer meetings?
Samples are reviewed by model and quantity. Cost, freight, timing and the accompanying technical information are confirmed before dispatch.
Do the same documents apply to every similar product?
No. Reports, verifications, drawings and specifications must be checked against the exact listed model. Similar appearance does not establish equivalent compliance.
